Cirkul’s Big Game ad actually delivered…right to our EVP of Brand Integration’s front door. David was one of the 100,000 randomly selected recipients of the brand’s water bottle. This is the kind of smart, action-driving marketing we love to see—and create. We’ll raise a bottle to that. 🥂💧 #Marketing #SuperBowlAds #BrandEngagement

From throwbacks to tearjerkers to the downright bizarre, this year’s big game food and beverage ads had us talking. Our team watched and voted—and the results are in. The Fan Favorite With 44.4% of the vote, Hellmann’s (Unilever) “When Harry Met Sally” tribute took the crown. Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal reliving their iconic scene—this time with Sydney Sweeney—struck the perfect balance of humor and nostalgia. While some questioned the mayo placement in a New York deli, most agreed: this ad was a winning play. Honorable Mentions ✔️ Dunkin' “DunKings” (Inspire) – The Ben Affleck-led saga kept the laughs going, proving this campaign still has legs. ✔️ Reese’s “Don't Eat Lava” (The Hershey Company) – A ridiculous, laugh-out-loud spot that reinforced the indulgence of their new product. ✔️ Lay’s “Family Farmers” (Frito-Lay) – A heartfelt take from a snack brand, telling the touching story of a little girl and her potato plant. The "What Did I Just Watch?" Category 🎤 Coffee Mate’s “Singing Tongue” (Nestle) – Shania Twain voicing an animated tongue? Some loved it. Some were deeply unsettled. 👀 Little Caesars’ “Flying Eyebrows” (Little Caesars Pizza) – The execution had mixed reviews, especially with Pringles running a similar gag. The Forgettable & Fumbled ❌ Häagen-Dazs' “Fast & Furious” Parody (General Mills) – A solid concept, but the humor didn’t hit hard enough to be memorable. ❌ Doritos’ “Abduction” (Frito-Lay) – A UFO battle over chips should’ve packed a bigger punch, but it didn’t live up to past Doritos Super Bowl classics. Key Takeaways: ✅ Nostalgia works if you do it right (looking at you, Hellmann’s). ✅ Weird can win, but execution is everything. ✅ Humor and storytelling still reign supreme. Which ad was your favorite? Which ones missed the mark? #FoodMarketing #CreativeInsights #SuperBowlAds #MarketingTrends
