Marvel Manufacturing provides precision CNC machining of small to medium sized parts. Our focus is on medium volume production machining and contract manufacturing. We offer turning, milling and 5 axis machining. Along with our in-house capabilities we also have a vast network of vendors and suppliers that we partner with, which allows us to provide finished components and additional production capabilities. Our quality management system ensures our customers can expect quality, precision, and reliability in the services we provide them. https://lnkd.in/gb6eNhhV Read this quick tip on tool diameter: "Design internal radii to be slightly larger than the nominal tool size. A tool needs to have consistent tool pressure to maintain a specific chip load. When the toolpath has to make a sharp corner, it is forced to push the leading edge of the tool into the adjacent wall, and it has to change directions in a fraction of a second."
