Congrats to Erica Holzer, who has been re-elected president of the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota board of directors for a two-year term. Erica has been a member of the foundation’s board since 2019, working to help advance its goal of providing support, connection, and education to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy.

We enjoyed two great presentations yesterday at the ACC Minnesota - Association of Corporate Counsel Manufacturing Summit. Katie Maechler led a discussion on questions every manufacturer should ask to minimize future product liability risk. Bryan Freeman moderated a panel on insurance claims that manufacturers are likely to face and best practices for managing insurance coverage litigation. For the construction industry, a second Trump term will likely mean less regulation, more emphasis on private sector projects, and more funding for traditional infrastructure and energy projects. It could also mean reduced focus on renewable energy projects, potential labor impacts due to stricter immigration policies, and near-term higher costs associated with tariffs on imported goods. https://lnkd.in/gTc_GFmG
