We had a blast last Friday welcoming the USC Viterbi School of Engineering's Viterbi Trek to Mason to showcase our great products and talk about what being an engineer in aerospace is like. The students had great questions and we enjoyed sharing our experiences and hopefully finding a few interns! We look forward to next year, Maggie!

We had a blast yesterday visiting the USC Viterbi School of Engineering Career Fair to meet potential interns and say hello to our intern alumni (Alec, JC, Casey, looking at you!) as well as participating in a Fireside Chat with the USC Women in Engineering. For the Career Fair, Marianella & Alvaro beat the heat and collected a stack of resumes, enjoying talking to all the great students who stopped by. For the Fireside Chat, Isela, Shanil, and Emily shared bits of wisdom with a group of women engineers about their career paths, challenges, and victories. A solid Trojan day!

We wish the best to our summer interns - JC Garcia, Alec Mnatzakanian, Steve Resendiz, and Casey Stott - as they return this week to school. They spent three months with us and changed Mason for the better. Whether it was designing fixtures to reduce fatigue, automating repetitive processes, or working on new product development, they exhibited a desire to learn, get to know everyone, and make things better that we appreciated!

Without our people we wouldn't be able to get our great quality products out the door on time. It takes a village and that village loves good food so we braved the heat to serve up hot dogs, hamburgers, and black bean burgers late last week. Thank you to all Mason folks - let's keep rocking this year!

We had a lot of fun today with the USC Viterbi K-12 STEM Center's "Discover Engineering" program as we hosted ~80 high school students from around the country and globe. Students were able to spend time with our engineers, using our products, asking tons of questions, and learning about aerodynamics!

Thank you to all our folks who rolled up their sleeves and helped donate 30 units to the American Red Cross today! Every drop counts!

Mason folks love two things: 1) delivering highly engineered quality products to customers everywhere and 2) delicious food. We were proud to support the American Heart Association with a donation of proceeds raised from a bake sale in February where our people made some super amazing baked goods!
