Beggining the week with some improvements at Pejota Project version 0.3.3 What's Changed: - Added the ability to create subtasks from tasks. - Now, when an invoice item is removed, the invoice total is recalculated automatically. - Introduced a payment date to invoices and made layout improvements. We’re thrilled to share another milestone for the #Pejota project! We’ve just rolled out a new module—still in its early stages but already fully functional. First, let me tell you that the project is now using semantic versioning (#semver). We’re structuring it as version 0.x.x until all the core features are complete. Each new module will trigger a minor version bump. With that in mind, version 0.3.0 introduces the Invoice module. While it currently supports basic functionalities like creating and viewing invoices in a table, upcoming updates will include PDF generation and email dispatch. Here’s what else is in the pipeline: - PDF reports and CSV export for Work Sessions. - Invoice generation directly from Work Sessions. - Enhanced subscription management with payment due alerts. Small Improvements, Big Impact We believe in constantly iterating and refining our products, even if it's just baby steps. Today, we to share a small but impactful update to Pejota, our task management system: We've added a "back to task list" button after a task is edited. This seemingly minor change significantly streamlines the workflow, eliminating unnecessary clicks and saving valuable time. Previously, users had to navigate back to the task list manually after editing a task. Now, they can seamlessly return to their workflow with a single click. This update is a direct result of our commitment to user experience and continuous improvement. New Feature: Vendor Registration Module A foundational yet essential module has been added: #Vendor Registration. This enhancement has significantly improved our #contract management system. Users can now create and associate contracts with clients or vendors. This lays the groundwork for a more sophisticated #finance management module in the future. Contracts now also include global value information, and we are exploring ways to incorporate payment methods and delivery control linked to contracts and projects. Bug Fixes: As always, we have addressed several bugs to improve overall system performance. Release Launches: We are officially adopting release launches. Stable versions of the system will now be clearly defined and available.
