Known for his punctuality and stellar safety record, Anthony steps up whenever the team needs him, proving himself as a dependable driver we can always count on. His dedication to ensuring each load is delivered safely and on time showcases the high level of professionalism he brings to his role. As a young driver with an impressive drive and commitment to customer service, Anthony is a standout. He maintains open communication, reaching out with any issues—big or small—demonstrating his proactive approach to his work. Recently, Terminal Manager, Al Dudek observed Anthony’s driving and noted his adherence to safety standards, including proper signaling, speed, and responsiveness to traffic laws. Anthony’s exemplary performance on the road and his dedication to our Company’s standards make us proud to have him on our team. We’re grateful for his hard work and only wish we had more drivers like him!

REMEMBERING HOUSTON’S CLARENCE HAYES: JULY 2024 DRIVER OF THE MONTH It is with heavy hearts that we remember Clarence Hayes, our July 2024 Driver of the Month, whose recent passing has deeply impacted all of us at MC Tank. Clarence served with unwavering dedication for over 35 years in the Tank Truck Chemical Industry. Known for his pride in his work and passion for excellence, he honored his role daily, taking exceptional care of his equipment and ensuring every delivery met the highest standards. Outside of work, Clarence could often be found enjoying time with family, cheering for the New Orleans Saints, or meticulously washing and inspecting his tractor, preparing for his next load. Clarence was committed to safety, holding the "Safety First" mindset at the forefront of his approach. His attention to detail earned him quarterly safety bonuses, the title of Gulf Coast Driver Trainer, and a respected place as a mentor to drivers across our company. He balanced his dedication to work with a love for family life, sharing cherished moments with his wife, Darlyn, as Saints season ticket holders and seafood enthusiasts at their favorite Louisiana restaurants. Clarence was a true team player who embodied unity, fostering trust and camaraderie in every interaction. His altruism and dedication to helping others left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege to work with him. Clarence's legacy will live on in our hearts and in the high standards he set for all of us. We honor his memory and thank him for his invaluable contributions to our team.

We were excited to continue our collaborative efforts this week in Los Angeles, CA, where MC Tank had the pleasure of meeting with our partners at A One Companies. Along with productive discussions, the team enjoyed a site tour and capped the day off with an excellent grilled lunch. It's always a great experience to strengthen partnerships through shared goals and camaraderie. Looking forward to many more opportunities together!
