McGuffin Creative Group, Inc.

A well run co-op and/or intern program is hands down one of the most valuable initiatives a small business can put in place. Case in point: the immensely talented Livia Lemgruber, who was a stand out co-op with McGuffin Creative Group, Inc. 18 months ago just joined us as a full-time designer. We couldn't be more excited about this. Livia is walking in with loads of knowledge about how we work, how our clients work, and with a fresh, uncannily smart design perspective. While finding full time hires hasn’t been the reason for our co-op and intern programs, McGuffin's needs and the skills/values of our interns have aligned more often than you might think. Art Director Sarah "Sid" Sidani and Designer Emily Cullitan, who help manage our intern and co-op initiative alongside program lead and Creative Director Valerie Rausch, both interned at McGuffin and landed here when ready to begin their careers. Well run intern and co-op programs require lots of work, but can lead to surprising rewards and relationships for the long run.

A smiling, familiar face is back at McGuffin...this time as a full-time Designer! Livia completed her time as a Design Co-op with us in 2023 and we missed her so much we asked her to come work with us again. Luckily she accepted and is already putting her design skills to work for our clients. Welcome back, Livia Lemgruber! 🌟

The joy on these faces pretty much sums up how we all feel about closing out such an incredible year! We celebrated our 20th year in business at our annual holiday party in style. 🍾 Congrats to Productuon Artist Sarah Elwyn on taking home the 2024 Rockstar Award for her endless contributions to our team this year. Big big thanks to our amazing Office Manager Ernest Gurule for throwing another spectacular bash. And thanks to our favorite drag performer Muffy for bringing the fun. Cheers!

We're closing in on 20 years of McGuffin Creative Group. We can hardly believe it. It's been an exceptional year for us with new awards, team members, clients, projects and experiences abound.
