About us
Madison County Health Care System consists of Madison County Memorial Hospital, The Earlham Medical Clinic, and the Health Trust Physicians in Winterset. We have six physicians and nine mid-level providers meeting the health care needs of area residents in Family Practice Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Pediatrics.
We are pleased to have secured excellent in-house surgical staff, including:
• Teri Formanek, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in upper extremity procedures
• Paul Grossmann, MD, General Surgeon
• Sara Zelinskas, DPM, ABFAS, Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Additionally, we are served by a variety of visiting specialists representing the fields of: cardiology, dermatology, oncology, pain management, pulmonology, geriatric podiatry, rheumatology, urology and wound care.
