The spirit of giving is alive and well, and we can’t wait to see these boxes filled with holiday cheer. Last Friday’s McKinley Annual Donor Dinner at Dodger Stadium was nothing short of incredible. First, a big thank you to the Los Angeles Dodgers for graciously hosting us in such an iconic venue. It was an honor to be surrounded by the history and spirit of the World Series champs. But the true champions of the evening were our donors, supporters, and the amazing McKinley team who dedicate their lives to transforming futures. A special shoutout to Grace Sanchez and her talented development team Tristin Castellanos, Kristen Toya, Ryan Beld, and Wendy Garcia for orchestrating such a memorable and inspiring event. We were all moved by the story of a former McKinley youth who turned his life around thanks to the unwavering support of his team at McKinley, in particular Patricia White.  His journey from graduating high school, going to Mt. SAC to chase his dreams, and now leading a global team as an analyst in Tennessee, is a testament to resilience, determination, and the power of support. One of our incredibly supportive donors, Jeremy Trotter, SIOR, was in attendance. Grace threw him a curveball (pun intended!) by asking him to share his heartfelt connection to McKinley and the inspiration behind his efforts to bring joy to children during the holidays through initiatives such as our Toys n Joys campaign. Together, we are instilling hope, building brighter futures, and creating opportunities.
