Since 1992 McKinley has provided a full range of construction services for a broad range of clients that include the educational, office, industrial, medical, retail, financial, and senior living needs. We are making excellent progress on the FedUp Foods facility renovations in Wilmington, including updates to the loading bay and new lighting. Just a few weeks ago, they were able to produce their first pallet of cans! We expect this project to be fully completed early next year. We are thrilled to announce the completion of the new Kesseböhmer USA, Inc. North American headquarters along the U.S. 421 corridor. This 93,000 SF facility will also act as a warehouse and distribution hub. Our team has been hard at work on this project for the past year. Manheim Auto’s new space is designed for high-volume traffic, auctioning up to 60,000 vehicles in one calendar year.
