Last month we had another exciting update meeting with the #FabaFood project group. The project is showing ones more that working together over the whole value chain fasttracks innovation and gives valuble insights for every step in the chain. The FabaFood project 🌱 is a groundbreaking collaboration between KeyGene, Agrifirm, ME-AT, Ebro Ingredients and Upfield Nederland, aimed at transforming the way we produce and consume food. By developing innovative food-grade #fababeans, FabaFood paves the way for sustainable, plant-based meat and dairy alternatives that are delicious, nutritious, and climate-smart. 🌍 This project is a good step forward in the transition to a more sustainable #foodsystem, benefiting farmers, processors, and consumers alike.
