She’s made a difference at SamaCare, Human Interest, Stripe/Helm Services, and SoFi, driving measurable improvements in service and satisfaction. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a Master’s from Johns Hopkins, Chandi brings both strategic vision and a passion for innovation—and we’re excited for the impact she’ll make in elevating the member experience.
