  • 2025 Medicare Part A & B Premiums, Deductibles, and Part D Income Adjustments Part A Deductible and Coinsurance Amounts for Calendar Years 2025 by Type of Cost Sharing: ► Inpatient hospital deductible - $1,676 ► Daily hospital coinsurance for 61st-90th day - $419 ► Daily hospital coinsurance for lifetime reserve days - $838 ► Skilled nursing facility daily coinsurance (days 21-100) - $209.50 The standard monthly premium for Medicare Part B enrollees will be $185.00 for 2025, an increase of $10.30 from $174.70 in 2024 (income adjusted). ► The annual deductible for all Medicare Part B beneficiaries will be $257 in 2025, an increase of $17 from the annual deductible of $240 in 2024. Medicare Part D Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amounts: A beneficiary’s Part D monthly premium is based on his or her income. Part D premiums vary by plan. Questions?
