Position: PROJECT MANAGER Job location Noida, India (On-site) Job description The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities · Set project timeline · Monitor project deliverables · Manage and multi-task with different projects · Coordinate and Update stakeholders and team members on the project progress · Manage day-today operations of the organization Experience required · Mid-level position: 10+ years of Project Management hands-on experience needed · PMP preferred; · Preferred to have worked in biotech/pharma industry; · Experience at a biotech/Pharma manufacturing company; · Experience at a global company; · Must be interested in managing routine responsibilities; · Preferably locally based in Delhi NCR – position based at our Noida office; · Multi-tasking experience: Must be comfortable with routine roles and responsibilities such as management of day-today operations and oversight of our various departments and functions including but not limited to: IT, accounting, SharePoint management, contracts, budgeting, logistics, inventory, purchases, maintenance, office oversight, house keeping, monthly/annual reports, project reports, vendor management, routine chores, inventory control, among others. · Operations management · Management of biotech facility · Preferably from the biotech/pharma background, conversant with manufacturing; · Noida-based- situated in our office- NOT a remote position Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PMP preferred · Strong business acumen in project planning and management · Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills · Experience in preparing various Reports · Experience with Project tracking electronic systems · Experience in working with global and diverse team · Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in Project Management · Project management experience specifically in BIOTECH or life sciences is required · NOT a research project; therefore, NOT suited for candidates with PhD Employment: Full-time. Long-term position. On-site (Remote working not permitted) Compensation: Very competitive compensation and benefits.
