I recently had the opportunity to lead a Networking 101 session hosted by Be Nimble Foundation in partnership with Mentors Of Color. During the session, we discussed networking strategies, how to develop your elevator pitch, and how to overcome challenges as it relates to networking. We had such an engaging group and it was great to learn from attendees as they shared their perspectives and personal experiences with networking.
