Introducing: FHIR Transforms for Analytics for #LaunchWeek Day 3! 🔥 Healthcare organizations can now transform their data from Metriport into queryable formats in data warehouses like Snowflake, #BigQuery, #Redshift, and more—enabling for population-level analytics on patient data, to answer questions like "how many patients were hospitalized in the past month?" This fully open-source tool pipes Metriport FHIR R4 JSON data into data warehouses by leveraging the Tuva Health data model, making the clinical data analytics-ready in a few simple steps. #LaunchWeek Day 2: introducing our Open-Source Healthcare Terminology Server! 🌐 Medical records are messy, and you don't always have control over the fidelity of information that you get back from other providers. Sometimes you'll get just a single code with no english description, or it's not in the standard you were expecting. This is where term servers come into play—enriching raw medical codes with detailed metadata and relationships, and providing human-readable descriptions of codes. This is quite a promising feature, and I appreciate the link to GitHub with the code. It's good to see Metriport committing to open source, and leveraging AI to strengthen data access for clinicians.
