Great morning at the MetroHartford Alliance Annual Meeting, which included a presentation from British Consul General to New England David Clay about the strong relationship between Connecticut and the UK. Special shout-out to David Griggs, CEcD, CCE for highlighting the partnership that has been established between the Connecticut Airport Authority and the state's business community to attract nonstop service to Heathrow Airport. If we are able to secure support in the next state budget, we can bring this critical route home for the state's businesses and residents.
