With over 20 years of railroad experience, Eric Crisler, Assistant Director of Dispatching Operations, ensures Metrolink trains run safely and on time by overseeing the control center, coordinating with host railroads, and planning schedules. As we prepare for the 2028 Olympics and beyond, Eric is proud to help shape a more connected, reliable system for current and future riders. We’re grateful to have Eric on our team.

We’re excited to welcome Hilary Konczal as our new Chief Safety, Security and Compliance Officer. With nearly 35 years of experience in rail safety, Hilary will oversee Metrolink’s comprehensive safety strategy and drive a proactive safety culture to ensure the well-being of our passengers, employees, and communities. Welcome aboard, Hilary!

As Contract & Compliance Administrator, Tammi Phillips, MPA plays a key role in developing contracts that clearly define the responsibilities of all parties involved. Once contracts are in place, she ensures continuous compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, providing vital ongoing administration. Tammi’s work directly benefits Metrolink riders by working to procure services at the best possible value, which translate into the form of equitable fares and safe travels. We appreciate your hard work, Tammi.

Metrolink's Chief of Program Delivery, Justin Fornelli recently joined industry leaders for a panel discussion at the Inland Empire Transportation Construction Network event. The discussion provided updates on SCORE and State of Good Repair projects and offered an opportunity to highlight upcoming contracting opportunities resulting from these programs and projects. The Latinos In Transit (LIT) board appointed four new board members to help lead the organization into an exciting year of growth and expanded programming in 2025. Among these newly appointed board members is Metrolink's Jose Hernandez, Senior Marketing Manager. Jose has been an active member of LIT since 2022, contributing to the Marketing & Communications Committee and enhancing the Leadership Summit experience. As a panelist at the 2023 Leadership Summit and "Café con LIT" events, he has supported member engagement and professional development. We congratulate Jose and the rest of the new Latinos in Transit board members.
