We’re pleased to announce that we won an AIA Cincinnati Design Award! With over 70 entries and awards given in multiple categories, we were privileged to win a small scale building architecture award for the design of the Freight House: our new office, showroom and cabinet manufacturing facility. Here are the jury comments: “You have to make sure you pat the building owners on the back who took an amazing risk to take this building and turn it into something special. A great balance of old and new, particularly with the mezzanine and the way they brought in the new flooring through the NLT, the door hardware that was re-invented into lights, really creative ideas.
