My name is Rishi Baronia, and I'm a senior studying Computer Science. I joined MSBO in my freshman year, and have since been a pitch head as well as led the sophomore education program last year. MSBO has been an incredible resource in opening the doors for me to finance, and the tight-knit community has given me an awesome group to be around on campus. I'm also involved in the Michigan Investment Banking Club and club tennis team. This past summer, I had a great experience working at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Consumer & Retail group. I was surrounded by a community of very smart and supportive people who helped me develop both personally and professionally, and MSBO's invaluable lessons helped me thrive in the environment.

My name is Christian Wright and I am a senior at Michigan Ross. I joined MSBO as a freshman in the winter semester, and have since served as a Pitch Lead for the Industrials desk and as the Vice President of Investments for the 2023-2024 school year. MSBO is the only investment club I am involved with on campus, and has provided me with all the resources I have needed throughout my professional college life. This past summer, I worked at I Squared Capital in Miami within their North American infrastructure private equity group. Following graduation, I will be joining JP Morgan as an investment banking analyst in New York City. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights and playing bullet chess.

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Zac Schneider 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿: Bachelor of Business Administration 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗦𝗕𝗢: President 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Guggenheim, Investment Banking Summer Analyst (Generalist) Hi everyone! My name is Zac Schneider, and I am a rising senior BBA at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. I joined MSBO as a freshman in the fall semester, and since have served as a Pitch Lead, Head of Philanthropy, and most recently as the President for 2023-2024. I am also involved on campus in the Michigan Investment Banking Club (MIBC). MSBO’s supportive network of current members and alums, comprehensive education and professional development, and tight-knit community were integral in helping me secure an internship this past summer in Investment Banking at Guggenheim Securities. Working at Guggenheim was an amazing experience, and I am so grateful to have been surrounded by such a supportive community (of both interns and full-time bankers). Despite my junior position, I felt respected and welcomed by every team that I worked with, and I felt that I was able to make a meaningful contribution thanks to the skills and lessons I learned from my involvement in MSBO.

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Sean Ru 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿: Bachelor of Business Administration 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗦𝗕𝗢: Vice President of Education 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Deutsche Bank, Investment Banking Summer Analyst Hi guys! My name is Sean Ru, and I’m a rising senior studying finance at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. I’ve been in MSBO ever since my freshman year, and with an unparalleled education, senior mentorship, and an uplifting community, the club has been integral to helping me find my place at Deutsche Bank. Working in investment banking this summer at Deutsche Bank has undoubtedly been humbling, but I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be nonetheless. Every day I’m surrounded by some of the most gifted analysts on the Street, and yet my insights still feel appreciated despite my learning curve. I’ve always felt valued with every workplace interaction, and this sense of belonging has been what’s differentiated DB from a workplace to a community for me.
