  • Spotlight of the week: Jake Pant Celebrating 9 Years in the Trade 🎉🔧 I started my journey in this trade as a senior in high school, landing an internship that sparked my passion, I had designed my first mold shortly after graduation 🛠️✨ I focus on designing molds, leading design reviews with mold makers and customers, and when things slow down, I enjoy hitting the shop floor to help out and stay hands-on. 👨💻➡️👷 Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and little girl, and I enjoy hunting. 🏹👨👩👧 If I could pick a superpower? Superhuman strength 💪 One piece of advice I’d give anyone starting out: find a mentor who truly cares about helping you become the best version of yourself. 🙌 Working for Michigan Tool Works has been an incredible experience. His first role was with Cobra Motorcycles as a production laborer. He then spent a decade at Bronson S&R, where he honed his skills in a job shop environment focused on low-volume parts developing expertise in programming, milling, wire, and EDM equipment. Following that, he joined Regal Mold as a junior mold builder. A year ago, Jeff joined Michigan Tool Works as a full-time programmer, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication. 📅 Daily Routine: Jeff’s primary focus is programming. Once he’s set up the day’s plans, he steps onto the shop floor to assist with running machines and filling in wherever needed.
