Through aircraft displays and precious artifacts, the Michigan Flight Museum & Air Adventures (formally Yankee Air Museum) teaches guests about aviation technology and the importance of flight through past wars and and the emergence of commercial aviation in the United States Michigan Flight Museum also hosts the THUNDER OVER MICHIGAN™ Air Show at Willow Run Airport that has become one of the premier annual aviation events in the country. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a once in a lifetime ride on one of our historic flyable aircraft: B-25 Rosie's Reply, C-47 Hairless Joe, UH-1H Huey Greyhound, and A-AT-B Ford Trimotor.
