We’re finally catching our breath after an incredible 2024 Holiday Party and couldn’t wait to share the highlights. It was a night filled with great food, laughter, and a little friendly trivia competition. The evening also gave us a chance to celebrate some amazing milestones. Sai Kode was honored for 10 years of dedication to Micro-LAM, while Ben Smith-Ruddick, Cody Brewington, and Mike Uber were recognized for their impressive 5-year anniversaries. The team also voted on the Employee Choice Award—our “Rock Star Award”—with Brian Simon, Chris Kay, and Myra Lacy taking home the well-deserved honors. Here’s to a fantastic year and an even brighter 2025!

Last week wasn’t just about crunching numbers and aligning strategies at our annual end-of-year meetings. The Micro-LAM HQ turned into a battleground for the fiercely contested table tennis tournament! With paddles in hand, team members from around the globe—including the spirited Ben and Stefan—brought their best game. After a series of nail-biting matches, Sai Kode emerged as the champion, edging out Ben Smith-Ruddick in a thrilling finale.
