Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Mid-Shore Community Needs Assessment, with submissions due by January 10, 2025. This initiative will assess behavioral health, economic stability, health, education, and community needs across five Maryland counties: Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot. MSBH is seeking a consultant or agency to collect and analyze data, engage stakeholders, and compile a comprehensive report by June 30, 2025, to guide systems management and support funding opportunities. Interested applicants must demonstrate expertise in needs assessments and knowledge of the Eastern Shore, submit a five-page proposal (excluding budget), and address specific evaluation criteria, including a detailed action plan and budget.
