Job description: The Operations Assistant position will support the Midwest ATC operations department, with a focus on Human Resource, Quality Assurance and Training related activities. Duties will be assigned on a daily/weekly basis, with additional duties required as needs arise. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, show attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). The candidate will have shown the ability to meet deadlines, to complete tasks as directed, and to engage positively with other employees. The candidate will have expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. A bachelor’s degree is desired along with a history of progressively responsible work experience. The position is anticipated to be a part-time position of 24 to 30 hours per week which may vary at times based on business needs. Due to our contractual mandates, candidates MUST be US citizens and able to attain FAA Suitability as well as a DoD Secret Security Clearance now or in the future – there are no exceptions to these requirements.
