We’re the improvement agency that advances mission-driven orgs through strategy, creative, and digital transformation.
About us
Mighty Citizen is the improvement agency. We advance mission-driven organizations through strategic thinking, engaging creative, and digital transformation. We help nonprofits, government agencies, associations, and universities improve the world and increase their impact by creating deeper connections with their audiences. Mighty Citizen marries data with human-centered design to craft brands, creative strategies, websites, and marketing campaigns that produce measurable results for our clients—who include American Association of Veterinary State Boards, Texas Health and Human Services, The University of Texas, University of Louisville, and Meals on Wheels. We’ve helped these organizations think more strategically, reach new audiences, and improve their communities. Mighty Citizen was founded in 1999 as TradeMark Media. Today, we employ over 50 full-time staffers in nearly every discipline—branding and strategy, user experience design, web development, SEO and digital marketing, and content strategy. The agency was named as an Inc 5000 company in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2024, and received Inc’s Best Places to Work award in 2021 and 2024. Mighty Citizen has also earned the Mother-Friendly Worksite designation by the Texas Department of State Health Services and became a Certified B Corporation in 2024.

Every Body Texas works to ensure that every person in the state can access safe, unbiased, high-quality sexual and reproductive healthcare by funding and training healthcare providers in a way that increases access for clients. Mighty Citizen helped Every Body Texas rebrand from a longer name with a funky acronym that didn’t reflect the work they were doing. We helped them build a new website, craft thoughtful messaging, and implement new templates for their social media to better align their goals and their identity.
