Remote first culture for the win 💻
Killing 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 because of 1% of employees abusing it, is just 𝗹𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Some companies are pulling everyone back to the office because a few people aren’t working as they should. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: Those who slack off remotely would still slack off in the office, even if you hovered over them all day. Instead of punishing the 99% who 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, focus on identifying and addressing the 1% who aren't pulling their weight.
