About us

We believe that technique and strength on their own are not enough. To optimize the way we move and function, we need to anchor our focus in the body and follow internal guidance. The methodology is developed and taught by an Olimpic trialist and his coach. The base concepts are derived from Eastern mindfulness practices and the three universal principles of movement, enhanced with techniques and practices from years of practice, training and competition on the highest levels.
