About us
Mindflow is championing mental health support in the construction industry. Our mission is to reduce suicide rates and improve overall mental wellbeing among construction workers. Mindflow is joining the dots between construction, mental health and football, leveraging the power of shared experiences to break down barriers and foster open conversations about mental health. We will be working with construction companies and local authorities to introduce new industry standards for mental health support on construction sites. Through tiered compliance levels, we will encourage ongoing improvement and recognition of mental health initiatives. By partnering with construction companies, football clubs and mental health organisations, we're building a powerful support network that's transforming the industry's approach to mental health. At Mindflow, we believe that mental health should be as fundamental as physical safety in construction. Join us in building a stronger, healthier future for those who build our world.

Today and every day we wish all men, especially those working in the construction industry a happy and healthy International Men’s Day. Make sure you look out for your colleague, family member or mate today and all days as you never know what people are going through. Today is World Mental Health Day. Shockingly and sadly, the construction industry is still losing on average two construction workers to suicide every working day and has alarmingly high rates of workers experiencing mental health challenges on a daily basis. At Mindflow, our mission is to transform the construction industry into a place where mental health is as fundamental as physical safety, creating a culture of proactive support and early intervention. We are passionate about the communities in which we serve and our vision is to have an industry where every worker has continuous access to the resources and community connections they need to thrive, fostering complete worker wellbeing. By joining the dots between construction, mental health and football, we aim to create a more open, inclusive and supportive environment.
