November 22nd “Fun Tool Friday”. Had an interesting question from a customer the other day. What do you do with your setup tools or the ones that are not in tolerances. Some of them go in the display case some of them if there is a bough carbide below the form we use the blank for other tools etc. Here is a special high tolerance reamer countersink and radius tool for an aerospace account that goes to the scrap bin.

November 1st “Fun Tool Friday”. So here is a semi standard tool we manufacture. Are you milling slots in a shaft and need a tool with reach. Here is a 1/4” x 4” on a 3/8 shank variable helix Endmill we manufacture. Ideal for keyway or overhang situations.
