Job Summary The Truck Sales Representative will solicit and develop new/used truck sales for on-highway, vocational and business class customers. This position requires effective communication skills, timely follow up, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Essential Duties for Success - Professionally represent Momentum Truck Group and provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with customers, vendors and coworkers. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial truck customers in territory. - Manage customer contact information, by utilizing our CRM, to assist in targeted marketing to your prospects and customers. - Assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks and components which meet their business needs. - Aggressively sell all products offered by the dealership. - Proactive follow-up with customers to provide value and solutions to their unique goals. - Continued training on truck and equipment specifications, product performance and new technologies. Minimum Qualifications You are encouraged to apply if you have successful experience with - Commercial Truck Sales, Heavy Equipment Sales/Account Management, Real Estate Agent or Fleet Management. - Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. - Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) is preferred. - Customer focused and sales driven. - Work independently and carry tasks/sales through to completion. - 2 years of business-to-business sales experience - Must have the ability to communicate well with the customer, vendors, management and other contacts. Company Benefits - Guaranteed 1st Year Salary with competitive compensation package - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Flex & Health Savings Accounts - 401(k) w/Company Match - Paid Life, AD&D & LTD Insurance The anticipated base salary range for this position is $57,167 to $125,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
