    Traditional billing systems assume invoices need to be emailed to customers. However, larger customers usually have tools like Coupa, Anaplan, Ariba etc., for which invoices need to be uploaded instead of emailed. That makes the job of finance operations difficult. At MonetizeNow, using custom fields, we allow customers to mark the accounts that require uploading along with the instructions. That way, different dunning process can be designed for the emailed invoices vs uploaded invoices. Small things matter. #cfo #billing #finance

    I am an engineer with both BTech and Masters in Computer Science. Before starting MonetizeNow, a revenue leader told me that 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅. At that time I thought what's so hard about a charge that is on a recurring basis. This should be a really easy problem to solve. Not so fast, Mr. Spock. When I started peeling the layers of the proverbial onion, this was a complex problem to solve.
