About us

The Monroe County Bar Association, originally formed as the Rochester Bar Association, was organized in 1892. The MCBA is committed to improving the quality and accessibility of justice; promoting respect and understanding of the law; enhancing professional growth, fulfillment, excellence, collegiality and diversity among its members; and serving as a voice for the law profession. The MCBA is always accepting resumes from individuals interested in working for a dynamic and energetic not-for-profit organization, even if there is not a current job opening. Please feel free to send your resume to Chief Operating Officer Liz Novak Henderson at enovak@mcba.org.
