Here’s how it works:
⏸️ P is for… Pause. Simple. It’s just stopping to give yourself the gift of contemplation.
▶️ A reminds us to Accept our emotions with curiosity, whatever they are.
⏪ U means going back to Understand the trigger with newfound compassion.
⏩ S is about Strategising a fresh, creative path forward.
⏺️ E prompts us to Execute courageously and rewrite our narrative.
Chaos is unavoidable. But by taking time to #PAUSE, we can silence the critic and amplify our inner coach, tapping into our best selves.
