Across Morgan we are focused on continuous improvement to reducing all hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. At our Atlacomulco, Mexico , site the team concentrated on better ways to dispose of the graphite dust produced by the manufacturing process; successfully locating a supplier who recycles graphite powder. Our graphite powder is now used in soil preparation for lightning rods and static dissipation systems; with 114 tonnes recycled in 2024.
