Good morning Huskies! 🌥️ Yesterday was our last meeting of the semester with Mowery & Schoenfeld, we learned about their core values: being people-focused, client-centric, having a growth mindset, and staying adaptable. They also talked about their charitable initiative, M&S CARES, and GLOW, which is their mission to support and empower women at the firm. They explained how they focus on building trusted partnerships by selling relationships, expertise, and advice. The meeting also gave us an overview of their services, insight into the accounting pipeline, and a breakdown of the different accounting roles and the processes employees go through.
