Coming together. Our team had the opportunity to attend the annual GSETA conference recently, which had attendees from all over the State of New Jersey. Over 600 members of local Workforce Development Boards, NJDOL and more were in attendance. We are always learning and growing to be able assist our job seekers and business owners in Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties better.

The Workforce Development Board of Northwest New Jersey (WDB NNJ), we are dedicated to shaping a brighter future through strategic workforce development initiatives. As a leading force in the region, we empower individuals, businesses, and communities by bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. In collaboration with our esteemed partners, the One-Stop system operates as a synergistic force, pooling resources and expertise to deliver seamless workforce development, education, and social services. Our unified approach ensures that residents and businesses in Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties experience a holistic and effective support system. Comprising approximately 21 members, the WDB NNJ is a diverse blend of private sector leaders, social services professionals, labor advocates, community-based organizations, and educators. Through our six specialized committees, we formulate and propose policy recommendations that drive the overarching mission of the board.
