It was all hands on deck for the small projects team the past few weeks. The entire team was tasked with a larger ground up medical office construction project that involved the install of 44 ducted fan coils, 3 Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery VRF systems, 5 branch controller boxes, and 2 minisplits for server rooms. The team installed over 8000’ of piping for these systems and utilized Mueller Streamline Co. ACR press fittings to quickly and efficiently complete the piping system. All that’s left to do is complete the condenser tie in and this project will be turned over to the service department for evacuation, charging and startup. USA Mechanical & Energy Services

I’ve always been one who embraces new technologies and likes exploring new methods of completing job tasks. In the past few years I have been a big proponent of press technology. Some have come and gone and I always do my research and testing before jumping in with both feet. Currently we are in the midst of a ground up construction project and are utilizing Mueller Streamline Co. ACR press to cleanly, efficiently, and quickly install three Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems with five branch boxes and 44 air handlers.
