As the litigation finance industry continues to grow and mature across America, it is important we make sure there are laws in place that safeguard those most vulnerable. An ethical and institutional approach to litigation funding providing best-in-class capital solutions
About us
Money shouldn’t be a barrier to justice. We’re here to help firms, plaintiffs and attorneys receive the resources they need to see their cases through to the end. We believe litigation funding should empower civil litigants to seek the justice they’re entitled to without having to prematurely settle for less due to lack of capital. Our team of experts has a combined 80+ years of experience in the investment industry and 35+ years of combined experience in litigation finance. We provide solutions in areas such as: + Plaintiff Pre-Settlement Funding + Commercial Funding + Attorney Funding Since 2018, Mustang Litigation Funding has provided financial stability to more than 5,000 plaintiffs and 800 law firms. One of our core beliefs is that everyone involved in litigation funding needs to benefit. If we don’t believe our funding will have a positive impact on the plaintiff, their attorneys and the firm, we won’t move forward even if we could make a profit. Understanding the difference between consumer legal funding and traditional loans is crucial. Consumer legal funding offers upfront cash that is non-recourse and doesn't weigh plaintiffs down with monthly payments. Plus, it levels the legal playing field and provides immediate relief. Thanks to The Alliance for Responsible Consumer Legal Funding for highlighting these important distinctions.
