Yesterday, we had our annual board meeting for Maya's Hope! It was our first time to have someone to moderate our annual meeting - so thank you Adam Morgan for facilitating and creating a super fun and engaging 6-hour long meeting. :) We did some fun team-building exercises that got us running around the room and also showing how competitive our board members are. The competition and teamwork demonstrated in some of these exercises was an example of their constant care and compassion to help the children at Maya's Hope. Congratulations to Simon Brandon for officially joining our Board! He has been on the Host Committee for nearly 10 years! We look forward to your advice, support, and of course, fiduciary care for the organization. Thank you Michael Meltzer for your leadership as Board Chair, Semanti Datta Kulkarni, our secretary, Julia Maksimova, our vice president, David Cohen our treasurer, and Ava Mehta board member.
