Existing buildings are responsible for 40% of total energy use in the US, including 75% of all electricity use and 35% of the nation's carbon emissions. Had a fantastic time learning and networking at The Cleantech Council's event on Innovation Review on Green Data Centers. With the rapid growth of AI, data centers are expected to account for nearly 20% of global energy consumption by 2040. This makes energy generation/ efficiency and sustainability critical priorities for every new data center project.
