𝘓𝘢𝘸 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘮𝘴: ▪️ Lawyers with disabilities now represent 1.99% of all lawyers. ▪️ Associate representation grew to 2.44% in 2023, more than four times the 2019 figure. ▪️ Partners with disabilities increased to 1.41%, nearly tripling since 2019.
