We’re just 5 days from #GivingTuesday! This year, we’re marking 40 years of free mental health support for our community. Celebrate this milestone with a gift of $40—or $140, $240, or even $400—to ensure we can continue providing hope and breaking stigma for years to come. Check if your company matches gifts to charitable organizations, and use our TIN/EIN 93-1223495 to double your impact. Donate today at NAMIBroward.org/donate

Managers, are you working on increasing team psychological safety? Start a meeting this week by asking everyone to check in with a single word to describe how they are feeling today. Do NOT discuss the words. Giving people space to voice their honest answers will increase a sense of trust and belonging. #StigmaFreeWorkplace #stigmafree
