J.O.P. v. DHS Final Class Notice 11.25.2024 12/04/2024 This notice is to inform you that a final Settlement Agreement of a class action lawsuit, J.O.P. et al. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security, et al Final Class Notice., Case No. 8:19-cv-01944-SAG, has been approved by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. The agreement is now effective, and the parties have begun the process of implementing its terms. USCIS Revised Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status 12/10/2024 On Dec. 10, 2024, we published a new edition of Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Resident or Adjust Status, which includes updates to questions and instructions. Starting Feb. 10, 2025, we will accept only the 10/24/24 edition of Form I-485 and will reject any older editions of Form I-485. USCIS Issues Updated Guidance on Evidence for Applicants Under the International Entrepreneur Rule 12/12/2024 We are issuing updated policy guidance on the types of evidence that may support an application under the International Entrepreneur Rule. The guidance covers evidence of the applicant’s central and active role in the startup entity and of the applicant’s position to substantially help the entity grow and succeed.
