The 2025 PFS Final Rule is a very positive step forward for Rural Health Clinics. Policy wins include: -Removal of outdated laboratory test requirements in RHCs (H/H & fecal occult blood test); -Complete revision of RHC care management billing (eliminating G0511); -Clarifying RHC guidance and regulation surrounding our "primary care" requirements; -Eliminating the RHC productivity standard; and -Allowing RHCs to bill for part B preventive vaccines throughout the year. NARHC advocated for all of these policies and we sincerely appreciate CMS's willingness to listen to the RHC community and make commonsense updates to the RHC regulations.
