𝙈𝙊𝘿𝙀𝙍𝙉 𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙀 renovations often bring to mind updating kitchens or bathrooms, but in this case, it was a whole property remake with a main house and a garden. As architects and designers, our expertise extends far beyond. Every element demands equal attention, including one that’s often overlooked — the 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙄𝙍𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙀, a special vertical connection remake! A team of brilliant people did this incredible project, as it was a collaborative effort altogether. Staircase structures are not just functional; they can become stunning architectural features that elevate the entire home with their materialization and details. In our project, 𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙀 𝙄𝙉 𝘽𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙆𝙎, we meticulously crafted a staircase that balances functionality with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Using natural oak wood and a slim-profile black metal handrail, we achieved a seamless blend of form and function. The result? The first thing I see every morning through my bedroom window is The 𝙃𝙐𝙍𝙊𝙉, a project I've watched grow from the ground up and the time the concrete was poured. Designing my first 2-bedroom unit here has been a gratifying experience, especially with a client whose 𝙑𝙄𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 closely aligns with mine. We explored and applied many wall finishes, plasters, different lighting, and 𝘾𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙈 built-ins, which are my favorite things to design. This creative 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀𝘿𝙊𝙈 is incredibly fulfilling and allows me to push my boundarie as an architect and designer!
