We joined our New England elected officials, National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), Tremont Strategies Group & our International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 (IBEW 103)/ International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) partners in Washington DC to welcome the new 119th Congress. While there is much work ahead, we know with new beginnings come new opportunities to advocate for policies and regulations that impact our industry, particualrly a pro-growth tax policy, strong labor standards, permitting reform, and clean energy infrastructure investments. With strong government affairs teams, we look forward to working together to advance these policies with the new Congress. ⚡️Check out our new location! A. Murphy Inc. has officially moved into our new 15,000 sq. ft. office in Pembroke, MA—designed with the future in mind! After 30 years in our previous location, this new space offers improved workflow, seamless collaboration, and cutting-edge technology including advanced AV systems, sound masking, and enhanced training & huddle rooms. Our team culture is a top priority: we've added a kitchen, lounges and a fitness room for regular Bootcamp sessions, fostering a healthy, positive environment that supports productivity and professional growth. 2024 was a year of growth and complex projects that elevated the demand for additional prefabrication services. In response, we’re developing a 5,000 sq. ft. pre-fab and storage building, set to open in March 2025—further expanding our capabilities. With our fleet of service vehicles and experienced electricians, we’re just one call away. Yesterday at our JATC of Greater Boston along with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 (IBEW 103), we were pleased to join Governor Healey, Rebecca L Tepper and our legislative leaders, Ron Mariano, Karen Spilka, Jeffrey Roy and Mike Barrett as they ceremoniously signed into law one of the most comprehensive, energy reform bills in the country. One of the most critical components of bill are vast improvements to the permitting process by which we approve clean energy infrastructure projects. These reforms pave the way to more clean energy opportunities for our NECA Contractors and IBEW workforce. #CleanEnergy #PoweringOurCleanEnergyFuture
