📈 Occupancy in entrance fee CCRCs rose to 91.3% in the fourth quarter of 2024, remaining higher than rental CCRCs and non-CCRCs across all care segments. Rental CCRCs, however, experienced higher year-over-year occupancy growth than entrance fee CCRCs.
