Today, several members of the Recht Associates team had the pleasure of attending the Northern California ERA Holiday Lunch. We joined fellow reps and distributors to celebrate the season of giving while supporting an incredible cause: the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. California requires firms with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training every two years!  The Northern California Chapter ERA is offering free online training for chapter members on Wednesday, Nov. 6.  📅 Date: Wednesday, November 6, 2024   🕗 Time:   * Managers & Supervisors: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. PST (2-hour training)   * Non-supervisory Employees: 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. PST (1-hour training)  Certified trainers will conduct the sessions, and attendees will receive a completion certificate.  RSVP to Renee Ruzsa at rruzsa@rechtassociates.com to get the TEAMS link.
