🌟 What a day! 🌟 At the EIT Manufacturing RIS Hubs Conference 2024 in Budapest 🇭🇺, neenCare was awarded the Second Prize in the Women Innovators in Manufacturing competition as part of the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme! This recognition, accompanied by a prize of €7,500, will help us further our mission of protecting newborns and infants. 👶 We are deeply grateful for the support that makes impactful projects like ours possible. Congratulations to all the brilliant participants - we are proud to stand alongside such inspiring Women Leaders. 🎉 Innovation is never a solo journey, and Mateusz Krawczak was there to support Julia Wilk during this incredible moment—because at neenCare, we believe great achievements are the result of teamwork.  A special thank you to the EIT RIS Team for organizing this incredible event and bringing us all together. We WON Audience Award in the MCSC Mother and Child Startup Challenge organized by the Instytut Matki i Dziecka. Thank you for your votes and thank to the Team for your daily work 💜 Awards from the audience are the most valuable, because they really say where a real need exists - even during the Gala, when announcing the award ceremony, the words were said: "Audience decided which solution is most needed". As a startup, we learn a lot about the fact that we need to listen to the future clients of our ideas - the results definitely spoke to us! The award is mentoring, which will be conducted for us by employees of the Institute - for us it is a great opportunity to learn about medical reality and to understand even better the challenges that Parents face. I feel that we are another step closer to our goal. Thank you 💫

💜 The neendu app enables parents to monitor their baby’s vital signs continuously and in real-time, providing complete visibility into their child’s health. 💜 It tracks pulse, oxygen levels, temperature, and respiratory movements — all essential for spotting early signs of potential health issues. 💜 neendu promptly alerts parents if any of these parameters fall outside the normal range, sending push notifications directly to their app. This ensures parents can respond quickly to potential health concerns, giving them peace of mind. 💜 The app is designed for ease of use, presenting data in a simple and clear format.

SIDS, or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, is one of the greatest fears for parents of newborns and infants. It’s the sudden, unexplained death of a baby, typically during sleep, with no prior signs of illness. The exact causes of SIDS remain unknown, though there are certain risk factors such as overheating in the room, improper sleep positions, or genetic predispositions. 💜 neendu is created to monitor a baby’s health in real-time and help prevent SIDS by detecting early signs of abnormal breathing or drops in oxygen or pulse levels.

neendu is a monitoring device that tracks four of the most important vital signs in newborns and infants: 1. pulse ❤️ 2. blood oxygenation 🩸 3. body temperature 🌡️ 4. respiratory movements 🫁 Why are these parameters so crucial? Any abnormalities in these signs may indicate a potential health or life threat to the baby, making their monitoring essential. Whenever the system detects any deviation from the norm, it immediately alerts parents through the mobile app, allowing them to react quickly. neendu uses advanced data processing algorithms to ensure accurate measurements and minimize false alarms. This gives parents peace of mind, knowing their baby's health  is under complete control.

By collaborating with neonatologists, neendu combines expert medical insights with advanced technology, ensuring superior care for your baby. Now, we are developing all help tips in the app with the consultation of a neonatologist. We hope this series makes you feel more familiar with neendu and our mission. 7/8 💡 In-depth interview insights 💡 📌 Parents need: A baby monitor that adapts as their child grows. ✅ What we learned and implemented: Based on recommendations, neendu is designed to grow with your child. Parents can select which vital signs to monitor (choosing from one to three sensors - neendu has a modular design!), ensuring neendu remains a useful tool as their child grows. Using comfortable materials and fastening that can be adjusted ensures ongoing comfort for the baby.
